Monday, June 1

Physical Activity: This would have been the 1st day of swimming lessons!
In honor of that, today’s activity is dryland swimming training.
These exercises will make you a stronger swimmer once
we are allowed to swim again!
-If you don't have weights at home, use food cans or books!
-Do this circuit 5 times:
Alternating Lunge and Press, Squat Jump, Dips, Plank,
Flutter Kicks, Superman, Ab Twist, Push-up with Leg Lift

Tuesday, June 2

Physical Activity: SKIP!
-Use a skipping rope from home or a rope of any kind
-See how many you can do in a row
-See if you can do some of the tricks Ms. V did

-Breathe in and clench (tense) your fist
-Exhale and open (relax) your fist
-Repeat 5 times

-Go around your house or go for a walk and see if
you can find objects that start with each letter of the
alphabet (example: C- couch L-lamp)
-Use this doc. to record, or record on your own
on a piece of paper
