Monday, May 4
Physical Activity: Go Bananas! Go Go Bananas!

Mindful Minute: Pinwheel Breathing
-Ask an adult to help you make a pinwheel (video instructions)
-Blow on the pinwheel slowly and watch it spin!
Tuesday, May 5
Physical Activity: Ms. V’s Soccer Videos Part 1
-Check out Ms. V’s soccer videos (part1) at the bottom
-If you have any kind of ball at home, try them out!

Mindful Minute: Finger Labyrinth
-Follow your finger over the picture and see if you can
find your way to the center!
 
Wednesday, May 6
Physical Activity: Listen and Move
-Follow along with the video
-If there is a pause, do 1 burpee

Thursday, May 7
Physical Activity: Ms. V’s Soccer Videos Part 2
