Monday, May 4
Physical Activity: Chalk Walk- Fitness Edition
- Check out Ms. V’s Fitness Chalk Walk video at the bottom
- If you have chalk at home, make one of your 
own on your sidewalk!

Mindful Minute: Virtual Disney Ride: Slinky Ride from Toy Story
Tuesday, May 5
Physical Activity: Fortnite Dance Workout

Mindful Minute: 7-11 Breathing
- Inhale for 7 seconds, pause for 2 seconds,
exhale for 11 seconds 
Wednesday, May 6
Physical Activity: Make a kite and fly it outside!
- Ask an adult for help making your very own kite using 
these websites for instructions 
- Try flying your kite outside! You might have to run
to get it started!

- Pick one card at a time and do the activity that matches

4- FLOSS FOR 10 SECONDS

8- BALANCE ON 1 FOOT FOR 10 SECONDS
9- HOP ON ONE FOOT 10 TIMES
